Poor customer service, dishonest
After a medical emergency I needed to cancel a reservation made for this hotel. I was told the reservation was cancelled, but two weeks later found out that I was still charged for the room. Once confonted with this issue the hotel manager stated that it was non refundable and under no circumstance would a refund be offered. I am from the San Antonio area and want to state that if you are needing to stay in this area, there are more than 5 well known hotels within a 5 mile radius I would contact before staying here. You never know when an emergency will occur.
