        Great BBQ, Sides and Service

        The fire fighters sure know what they are doing, they cook with mesquite wood. I compete on the local BBQ circuit and this is where I go to eat BBQ. I almost always order the baby back ribs and homemade potato salad. I've tried prying the recipe to there tangy BBQ sauce, they just wont budge. Call ahead they close at 7:00 unless they have live music or event going on.

        Best BBQ

        Gus ,the owner, is a retired firefighter. All meats are cooked on the pit eveyday. The brisket is tender and flavorable. The family atmosphere is another reason we keep going back. The patato salad is great and the dressing used on the cole slaw is fantastic. Irma, Gus's better half, uses a secret recipe. This is the only BBQ we buy!!!!!!!!

        Awesome BBQ

        We went after hearing several people rave about it. The place is great. Brisket was so tender. Would go over and over, definitely better than Rudy's and Salt Lick.
