DONT GO HERE!! They do not care about you, just your money. You might as well go to fantastic sams. I went in to just get my hair thinned out and the ends cleaned up after i cut the ends bad and also my bangs. It was not that bad at all when i first went in just wanted to make it a little better, anyways, Brooke was very rushed did not listen to what i wanted, i felt like everytime i said something about it like "can you just fix this piece here" I was annoying her. I could go on about this forever bottom line is I noticed how terrible and carelessly chopped my hair was when i got home and called the salon,(i never do this, i hate having to be rude at all) I was trying my hardest not to be mean about it and she was grouchy and told me my hair was so damaged that she was "hesitant" to cut it. ofcourse thats AFTER she took my money and never told me she was hesitant before chopping it insanely! Then she has the nerve to say if i want to talk to someone else its going to be her mom since *her mommy* is the owner and pretty much laugh at me! i felt very backed into a corner. I totally understand that you can make mistakes with hair but geez at least take responsibility for it, and try to make it better. anyway if the owner or the ***mommy*** would like to take responsibility for her business, you have my number.

I have always been deeply disappointed by past experiences at other salons but hit the lotto here! Definitely come here! Great atmosphere, great people, and just an all around amazing salon! Could not be happier with my hair!

I'm very hesitant when I get my hair done because a lot of places can not get my hair a beige blond. I have resistant hair and takes forever to process. I came in to see Brandi or maybe her name was Brooke. I'm terrible with names but she is the owners daughter. I had a very extremely heavy highlight done to my hair and I wanted my hair to be a beige blond. My hair came out fabulous! I'm not from Texas and have had my hair done at top notch salons in NYC, DC and Philly and by far I had the best coloring done here! Usually when I go blond my hair always comes out golden. Finally someone got it right at the least place I expected. I will always come here and have my hair highlighted. I paid a bit more than average but it was well worth every penny!

Love this salon. Everyone is very friendly and I LOVE Brandi. She is amazing and offers great opinions on what to do with your hair if you're trying to grow it out. She is wonderful with color. Also a variety of Aveda products are available to me. Convenient location. If you're looking for a stylist that is personable and knows her stuff, you should definitely schedule an appointment.

Rather than driving out of my way to the Aveda store at La Cantera, I decided to stop by BB&R to pick up a new product I've received countless e-mails about. The associate(receptionist maybe?) that greeted me was not very helpful and told me that the product was not being sold in any stores, meanwhile there were plenty on their shelves. I left puzzled and went to the Avant Garde Salon in the Quarry Village, first of all these associates were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond and showed me 4 additional products that I purchased.They also told me that the product not being sold was completely false and they have had the product for over a month. Although BB&R location is closer to me I'd much rather make the drive to the Quarry village for their excellent customer service.

Me, my sister, and my mom have all been going to this salon for about 8 years now. For the past two years, I've lived about 40 minutes away but I still continue to drive to BB&R. Twice I have a tried other hair salons because of the distance and both times I ended up back at Blondes Brunettes and Redheads to have them fix what the other salons messed up. When you go here, you're guaranteed great service! It also has a fun atmosphere & tons of super nice hair dressers who really take the time to get to know you & what you do & don't like!

I started going to the salon about 2 years ago . Parking sucks and it kind of reminded me of Highschool all over again . My stylist Kristy was the only reason I chose to stay there . Today I went to book my color and cut to find out she quit to stay home !!! I was really upset !!! They told me that Jenny would take over my appointment , then it dawned on me that was the rude receptionist who i quess is a stylist now . I will never return there ... Kristy why ?!?!?!
