        12-09,2013 So last night my husband & myself went to Bill Millers, employees were so nice, two really stuck out "Wynonna Keller" and a young "hispanic manager"; Best authentic all amercian restaurant I have ever had!!!!! Every time I go the quality of service is right on the money,above that the very clean atmosphere,family oriented, 5 star restaurant.

        Do not go to this location. We quit going there for their chicken after getting two orders of burned chicken. Thought we would give it one more chance, it's Bill Millers.....Now we order two chicken delight salads and vegetable soup. Well the salad was no delight, the chicken pieces looked like they came off the floor, all dry and shivelled up, the salad had been frozen there was ice on the cucumbers and greens, the tomatoes were rotten. The soup tasted so bad, like it had been reheated several times, and it was old. We have given this location so many chances. NO more...No quality control.

        In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily.
