        The person on the drive thru speaker thinks that speaking like an auctioneer will decrease service times. In reality you cant understand a word and that makes it take twice as long!

        It is a great place money wise...

        It is a great place money wise but most of all deliciouse food with great service from employees would go and will go over when avaliable even though all the way from edinburg,tx if they were to open one near the lower valley i would be thier every day.

        In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily.
