Don't bother. they don't seem honor their coupons & The place is way too loud. Here is the note I recently sent to their management.
Just had a MISERABLE TIME WITH YOUR "MANAGER"-PATRICK- at your EMBASSY ROW LOCATION in San Antonio. I HAD A COUPON FROM "JOSH" WHICH I BOUGHT AT AN ADL silent auction. The Coupon was for 1 appetizer up to $8.00 and two entrees up to $15.00. We had one appetizer and two entrees. The total bill before the coupon came to $30.95 less the $6.00 credit I was given for the coupon plus $2.55 tax. Apparently Patrick was not allowed to make the decision on his own and we waited about 20 minutes while he was on the phone with "His GM" to speak to him to try to clear up the bill. Patrick could not seem to grasp that we had not received any credit for the entree portion of the coupon. Personally, I felt the time I wasted waiting for him and the problem that the situation was beyond his ability or authority cost me more than the overcharge- which was annoying. However, I will be sure that all my friends and on- line acqaintances know my views on your restaurant. Food was Ok but the management intellect was sorely lacking. *I can't recomment the place.
