Bad service.
I rated this hotel before and e-mailed them about bad service and they credited our account and then turned around and charged it back. I mentioned before that they need courtious staff 24hrs and thats one of my main issues.

Think twice.
Well let me start with the staff. Some of the staff is very nice. Except for a few bad apples. We traveled to San Antonio to visit Sea World and stayed at this hotel. Quite a distance from Sea World and the Riverwalk.
I chose this hotel looking for full breakfast. The cook is very unpleasant, not friendly at all. Our room was not fully clean and the refrigerator smelled bad. It had left over food and rotten apples, juice and an open sandwich left behind, I called the front desk to let them know and the receptionist told me she really didn't have an excuse only that our room was not inteded to have a refirgerator, but since I had one already they would clean it out and leave it in our room. One of our towels was taken by mistake and asked the receptionist if she could find out if they could return it if it turned out. The receptionist never called us back. It was a new towel the matter is not that its new only that if we take anything from the room its charged to the credit card. The best thing that could have happened would be that they would aknowledge taking it and appologize.

Great overall hotel!

We evacuated from Southeast Texas to Best Western Casa Linda San Antonio. We had never stayed there and didn't know what to expect, but they were one of the few hotels available AND allowed pets at no additional charge. This hotel is great!!! The staff is extremely friendly! The hotel is clean! The complimentary breakfast is superb! They have a manager's reception every evening with complimentary drinks. It is conveniently located next to North Star Mall and lots of good restaurants. It is right off Loop 410 which makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go. We go to San Antonio often, but always stay in the Riverwalk area.....Not anymore, this is our new favorite San Antonio hotel!
