I had been having major issues so I started looking for a computer repair service & came across Ask ro0fis. Service provided was absolutely excellent. Truly appreciated everything Ross provided to me. I am totally hooked up with a new computer for a great price with all the bells and whistles that I need. I completely recommend using this company and will definitely continue to use them in the future for any IT issues.

I went in with a four year old HP media center,

I wanted to "beef it up"



Little did I know what he had planned,

He told me what he could do, That I could upgrade or even completely build a new computer.



I decided to Build a new computer,

This thing is unbelievable, Everything in it is SCREAMING!!!



Besides the awesome computer,

My experience with this Computer Service was not what I was expecting,

Lets be honest, we've all been to Best Buy and Office Depot, waited in those lines,

only to find a dead end, or someone who found me to be a number.



Ask Roofis worked with me, around my schedule, and was there for any questions I had,

He didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions,

and he "dummed" it down so I knew what he was talking about



I was amazed when I saw what I got compared to something with half of what I was getting at Best Buy for Hundreds More.

I have used Ask ro0fis both personally and professionally. They have done everything from getting viruses off my computer, to helping select a lap top for my daughter and building a computer for my son and myself. I have always received exactly what I was told I would for the price I was quoted. Professionally they have helped upgrade software and set up a network/server system for our business, and have always answered any questions anyone in our business may have. They actually took the time to learn our bookkeeping system to make sure the server would work for us and probably know more about the program than we do. You can't go wrong with Ask ro0fis, I wish more companies had the business philosophy these people do.

My in-laws were in town and their laptop's USB ports were not working. I called Ask RoOfis and they said they could fix it fast - no problem! Well I needed it done within a week because my in-laws were leaving town, so they worked through the weekend to get it fixed. My in-laws were so happy to get their laptop back working like new! Ask RoOfis was professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use Ask RoOfis again!!!

Before I came to Ask ro0fis Computer Solutions to have them fix my computer I had always just gone with Geek Squad at Best Buy because thats where I bought my computer from and I felt like they would be the safest bet to fix my computer. The main problem I had with going with Geek Squad was that they charge more for their work than I would like to pay. I searched around and called a few other computer businesses in the San Antonio area to see if I could find another one just as reliable as Geek Squad but more affordable and in my price range. One of the businesses I called was Ask ro0fis and they were very nice. I eventually decided to go with them and from that point on I was sold on them. When I went to their office to drop off my computer the people at Ask ro0fis were very patient with me in understanding what was wrong with my computer and what I wanted them to do. The best thing about Ask ro0fis that stood out the most to me was that after they had a chance to look at my computer, they cared enough about what I wanted that they called me to explain what was wrong with my computer and to get my opinion on what I wanted to do next before they actually began to fix it. I was very impressed by the service that Ask ro0fis provided me and the work they did on my computer and I will definitely go back to them in the future when I need help with my computer. Most importantly, they were reliable and much more affordable than other places. I am excited to say that these guys were great and that you cannot go wrong by choosing them!

My computer was running very slow and I thought that it was infected with some viruses. I called roofis for some help. Right away the service was top of the line. Very professional and understanding of how crucial my information in my computer was to me and was very assuring that he could help me in my situation. Turns out that I had over two thousand viruses in my computer. Never did I think that my computer was in that bad of condition. Roofis informed me of the products that I was in dire need of to help keep my computer up to par. Not only did roofis go above and beyond in the service, but he made it real easy for me to understand the computer language in ways no one else did or even tried because they were always to much in a hurry to get on to the next customer. He was so generious that he even gave me some information if I was interested in upgrading my computer later on in the future. I appreciated the honesty with me and told me that I did not need this or that for an upgrade now, but left it as the OPTION for later in the future. Roofis is really in this business for the "Customer Service" and just not to make that buck! Well definitely refer to family and friends and will return to him with all my computer needs.
