When I first went there and picked out my dress everything was fantastic. That was in jan. Then in May when my dress was supposed to come in it didn't, then June came still no dress. I finally told them I had bridal shots and I needed my dress they said they had that exact one in the store but it was a size bigger they said they would cover the cost for all the alterations so I was fine with that. Then the dress they brought me had stains in the armpit area, and other places. I asked if the dress was used, or if it was the one that had been tried on by everyone. They quickly responded no that they do not sell used dresses and they sold the display dress a long time ago. I was so frustrated and I just wanted my dress so I didn't fight it. Then the rude alteration lady altered the dress way too small, so small that when I got it home the zipper area was already ripping and it wouldn't even zip up half way. I don't know how they got it to zip up at the store, I had tried expressing my concern about the tightness and the enormous back fat that was seeping over but the alterations lady said everyone has that. Well no, not everyone does have that I'm 5'2 and 120 lbs I have no back fat normally! I told them I was unhappy with it and they told me every women fluctuates. I brought the dress back two days later to have the dress altered again to where it could at least zip up. The alterations lady was less than pleasant, and she seemed to be upset at us because the dress didn't fit. It is now august and as soon as I got it back from alfred angelo I took it to another seamstress because alfred angelo told me they let the dress out as much as it would go. Well they lied and when I took it to the other seamstress she was outraged that they lied she opened the dress in from of us and showed us where there was plenty of material left to let it out. She also noticed how they never repaired the zipper area that was ripping, along with some other big mistakes. Please if you want your dress in a certain amount of time or if you want it altered, you might not want to go here.
