        Overall

        Our insurance roadside assistance used this company on a Monday to provide tow service on our car. The wrecker driver LIED to us. Since our collision shop was closed, he said, he'd take it to their tow yard, and the next day they would take it to the shop. ONLY THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. the following THURSDAY, we called the collision shop to ask why we hadn't heard from then THE EFFING TOW COMPANY DIDN'T TAKE THEM THE CAR. It gets better... they did nothing NOTHING. And held our car hostage telling us that we needed to pay the tow from their yard to the collision shop. Now that's a ripoff in so many ways. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
