This is an update of the original review in 2011. Fast forward to 2018....

In spite of numerous calls, mail, and email Air Done Right did not respond to honor the 10-year labor warranty provided as part of the fully paid AC-Heating System they installed in my residence. .

I reported them to the BBB, but no response from the company. They're still in business because its PO Box (virtual office) is still active and accepts mail. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I wish there's a zero or negative start rating; this company doesn't deserve even a single star.

Is this company still in business? I purchased a complete system and have tried multiple attempts to contact them concerning warranty.

Air Done Right are true HVAC professionals. One of our heat pump systems had failed. I contacted owner Joseph and they came right out to evaluate not only the failed system but the other system. Based on their expert recommendation we decided to replace both systems with upgraded Trane 3-ton heat pump systems. They provided several different options concerning efficiency and capabilities of various systems based on our budget. They gave us a fantastic price on both systems and scheduled installation right away. The installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, well-groomed, courteous, utilized floor and stair protection, and left the work areas pristine at the end of the day. They worked tirelessly in an extremely hot attic for over 10 hours for two long days. Their technical expertise was very impressive and their craftsmanship was beyond compare. The entire Air Done Right team exceeded every one of our expectations. All of our questions and concerns were fully addressed. I highly recommend Air Done Right for anyone requiring hvac service or installation of a new system; you won't go wrong!

I had new air conditioner and heater put in they were quick and efficient . No mess left and did some extras but no extra charge. So good. Then had them put in new duct work and vents all work was done efficiently and had blown in insulation. They helped me apply for rebates for both. So helpful soooo good

Not only did they install a new Trane system at a great price they did it in a professional and timely manner. When I had a follow up issue a couple of years later completely unrelated to their install work, they quickly detected, researched and solved the issue. Great troubleshooting skills! Definitely recommended!

Just like the name says, Air Done Right. I had been through several different AC companies in my 11 years at my current residence, and there was something always left undone or an issue not 100% corrected. Air Done Right came in and gave me the facts based on industry standards and best practices that the other guys would always guess at. I had all of my duct work replaced as it was 30 years old and tearing apart. The job was priced right in comparison to other bids i received. The bonus was ADR is a certified company with CPS energy and they were able to aid me in my CPS rebate process which ended up saving me big time. I will always call Air Done Right from now on.

AIR DONE RIGHT gave me the best price in SA TX for a 16 seer (i) Trane HVAC system. Along with the 10 year Mfr's warranty, this company included a two year service warranty. Joseph (owner) and Julian demonstrated expert technical workmanship and knowledge in the installation process. They informed me of all the terrific features and patiently taught me hands-on operation of my new system. these gentlemen really impressed me with the highest level of customer service as their priority. I want the world to know about this AWESOME company.

It's Football Sunday and the AC goes out. What are you going to do? I am in the military and I just wanted to let you know that the only call you need to make is to AIR DONE RIGHT! I have never had a better experience. I call on Sunday at 10 O'clock and spoke to Joe Munoz...extremely professional. He tells me they can be here between 12 and 1 O'clock. Actually got a phone call at 12:30 to tell me they were 15 minutes away. They arrived and quickly went to work to diagnose the problem. So I may have a slow leak that is still under warranty, but they added the coolant at a great price, especially for a Sunday. Being in the military and traveling for 23 years to various place, I have had some bad expereinces with AC repair services, but I will tell you that AIR DONE RIGHT is absolutley one of the BEST I have dealt with! DO yourself a HUGE favor when you have AC issues. Call AIR DONE RIGHT becuase they really DO IT RIGHT! THANKS "AIR DONE RIGHT!"

Painless experience, from beginning to end. Made phone contact immediately with a very pleasant lady (answering machine initally picked up but my call was returned as I was about to leave a message). This delighted me to no end, as I'm still awaiting a return call from a cell phone company who told me 5 days ago they'd "call back in a second". Technicians were professional and personable, and took care of the problem quickly. They didn't charge extra for me watching, either. :) They also explained the drips on the wall (my AC unit is ceiling mounted) which a different company told me 2 years ago was oil from the paint separating on my walls. All this time there's been a leak, the source of which these techs showed me. Will be fixed tomorrow as I was able to schedule the appointment directly with them rather than having to make another call to the office. These folks have it goin' on! It was noon when I called for service, and they were here by 5:30 this afternoon. Fees feel reasonable, though thankfully I've not had much AC trouble with which to compare.

Have you ever called a company to get something fixed and all you get is runaround? Well don't worry about this with Air Done Right! These guys are the best in town; fast, friendly, professional, and get the job done right the first time! I Was very impressed with their service! You will be impressed, I promise you!



We had a problem with our AC system on a particularly HOT weekend. Well Air Done Right fixed it fast, fixed it right and affordably! So if you ever have an issue with your AC / heating unit, do youself a favor , save yourself the headaches, call Air Done Right you won't be disappointed!!

We are very pleased with Air Done Right. They were very prompt, the employees were well groomed and professional. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything and their pricing was less than what we had paid before. We are happy to have a repair company we can trust and comfortable having in our home. We certainly can and will recomend them to all our family and friends.

I live in Georgetown, Tx and have several investment properties in the San Antonio area. I had two homes with major repairs needed to the AC units, so I thought! The tech and everybody in the office were friendly and easy to talk to. They did not make feel rushed to make a decision nor did they pressure me for a sale. They showed when they said they would and worked around my schedule. Good service is hard to find these day and with Air Done Right you get quality and value for their service. I will use them again and will refer to any one I know.

I called Air Done Right a few weeks ago when my unit was acting up. A buddy of mine told me they were really good and to give them a call. When you have AC problems you dont want excuses, you want solutions, and these guys had them. The fact that a human being answered the phone was a bonus, not only that, it was the owner of the company who took the call. Joe told me that he would take care of our call and that he appreciated the opportunity to be of service. You dont hear that too much anymore! They showed up when they said they would. ( I called in the morning and they were there before noon)

They looked at my unit, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I have dealt with other AC companies and they always try to over sell or say you need a new major component. These guys looked at my situation, and gave me the options of what was best for me with out scaring me into buying a new unit. I really appreciated that. They were honest, professional and showed a lot of integrity. They technician was very courtious and referred to me as sir. That was a surprise since respect is not something you see alot nowadays. These guys are all about respect and customer service. I dont know anything about AC work and they did not take advantage of that. I never leave feedback about companies, but these guys were really good and they deserve the high marks.



Not only were they professional, they didnt charge me an arm and a leg for the service and repair. Its rare to find a company that has the customer in mind and does the right thing. They really live up to their name. Thanks again Joe, and Air Done Right.

We were very pleased with the personal service and quick response. Our unit suddenly stopped working and we had no idea what the problem was. Air Done Right helped save us quite a bit of money compared to other quotes we has received. I felt we were getting an honest answer and not just some repair guy trying to sell us things we didn't need. They earned a customer for life.

From the person answering the phone to the technician showing up at our home, my wife and myself felt very comfortable and safe. We were given options to choose from and never felt pressured.

Called to service my system and they were on time, professional, and clean. They did not attempt to sell something I didn't need only made suggestions to increase the effeciency of my system. No pressure selling. Just honest service that is hard to find.
