She provides me with products and services, which gives me a natural youthful appearance(basically she's slowing down the aging process). I passing her along to my daughter. Yolanda at Ageless Beauty is a wealth of information, not only on skin care but nutrition and health. She is continually updating her techniques and shares them all with me during each visit. What I also like, is that she always does "a little more" than I expect. If you're pressed for time she will do quick in and out, she knows each clients personal needs, but with me its that little more, and I appreciate it.
For my birthday my husband purchased a smartcircle spa treatment from ageless beauty. When calling to book an appointment and having to identify myself as a smart circle card holder, Mike 210 696-7522 made the excuse that they were all booked up for the remainder of the year and was not going to honor the card. You should not promote yourself if you are not going to honor something you agreed to. I am sadden because I was looking forward to the rose petal treatment but he does not honor it.
It was no excuse that we were booked through the end of the year, we were actually booked. The reviewer apparantely called late in October. We had requested Smart Circle to stop selling the cards in July. This particular card would have been very close to its expiration date. When I encountered this situation, I always advised the caller they had the option of calling the 800-775-1975 Smart Circle customer service number to obtain a refund on their purchase. I also would offer the caller to use one of the services on an expired card if they chose to do so. If jrodc2003 were to call me today with the expired card, I would honor one of the services of her choice offered on the card.
