have been a customer with Sprint for years but have been looking around for another carrier since Sprint refused to grandfather my 5G hotspot in order to keep it unlimited. On April 25, 2014, I went to this location with an attitude. When I arrived, I noticed Verizon was nearby where I was planning to go if I did not get satisfaction at Sprint. To my surprise, I received the best customer service ever from Lead Ruston Scott. Sprint needs to employ more experienced salespersons like Ruston Scott. With his expertise, I was able to upgrade to a new phone, losing my 5GB hotspot, however Ruston was able to get me a free hotspot device which will give me the option to make my monthly bill lower. Sorry Verizon but Ruston saved me a walk to your store, a couple of doors down
Within the first 5 min of my visit I was impressed with how knowledgable the staff was. They have a large selection of vaping equipment & tons of flavors to choose from. You can even sample for free to find your favs. The atmosphere is cumfy-cozy & pricing is reasonable. I am new at vaping, 3 weeks, so I brought in all the items I had previously purchased & they took the time to not only explain to me but demonstrate how each part works & how to properly fill my tank. None of the other stores took the time to do this & the kit I bought at a different store came with no instructions. After trying many I am so happy I have finally found my vaping store. Try them...you won't be disappointed!
At 74 yrs and working with competers as a Professional Engineer in Texas since the 1960's, I have found the employees extremely helpful in guidence. The Computer World changes so quickly that one can easily get off track in a very short time. It is impossible for me to stay in the loop even though I spend hours almost every day from my "Home Office" conducting studies and writing reports. Cell phones, Palm Pilots, Printers, Computer Operating Systems, Scanners, Fax Machines, and the Internet are all within my arms length at my desk.
