I went to the Texas Gallery Furniture at Military drive and found the staff to be quite helpful. After negotiating a price on a bed they told me they didn't have it in stock and I could wait a few days for one to come in or go to the Texas Gallery Furniture store on Bandera. The Bandera store was a totally different experience. When I drove to their store they told me to pull around to the loading dock and they would give me the bed. When I pulled up to the loading dock they told me they didn't have the bed I wanted but offered me an &quot;upgrade&quot;. The employee couldn't explain how this bed was an upgrade but promised that it was better than the bed I had paid for. After finally relenting and taking it home, I opened the box to find that this bed was no better than the one I really wanted (and I would consider it to be not as nice, unless you consider poorly stained wood that is dented and cracked in places to be an improvement). So I loaded up the bed and took it back to the Bandera store a couple days later. The staff was very rude, including a man who appeared to be the manager who I explained the issue to (I'm not happy with this model and want the one I originally picked out). He asked another employee to &quot;take care of this...apparently he doesn't understand what an upgrade is&quot;. Yes, I do understand what an upgrade is, and it is an item of superior quality or features, not a piece of crap. I also understand when I am being spoken down to. The 2nd employee asked me to explain to him what it was that I didn't like about the bed they gave me. I told him politely that I preferred the style of the first bed better (leaving out that the wood was in less than stellar shape just to be nice). The first man rudely and impatiently said they don't carry the bed I wanted at this store, only the model they were offering me. Then he snapped &quot;You'll have to deal with the other store!&quot; I have never seen customer service this bad in all my life, and I've experienced some pretty crappy employees over the years. I would NEVER shop at this store again. I have to give it 3 stars, however, because when I called the store manager at the Military Drive store he was very polite, looked to see if they now had the model I wanted (he did) and had it delivered for free. He also let me know he would have his guys assemble the bed for me to make up for my bad experience of the other store not having the bed (I hadn't even told him how the other manager had treated me like trash). Unfortunately, since I think the other manager may have actually been the owner, I will not give my business to this store again, not even the branch that treated me like a valued customer and not like a piece of dirt.

Been in the San Antonio area for 15 years & have never ran into a furniture company online that was not only local, but had the same type of furniture I've been looking for all around town for a lot less. Called them up to see what the catch was cause the furniture prices where way too low & too good to be true. I talked to a gentlemen for a few minutes & learned they where just an online store with no psychical location. They ship from there warehouse out in Houston and ship it straight to anybody in the Austin, Houston & San Antonio Area. So I figured, hey, if the other furniture companies are doing the same thing these guys are, why not purchase online!? I'll save hundreds more anyways right? All in all, I completed my project which was furnishing my home with furniture from all online. The majority of my main living room & bedrooms are from this company. The furniture is amazing & I MUST Recommend this company to anybody. TRUST ME , you will save a lot more money buying from here than going to an Ashley's Home Furnishing Store Or Rooms to go or Haverty's furniture store.
I just recently purchased a complete living room set from this company and was very pleased with everything. From the start the customer service was great. They really know how to make you feel comfortable thats for sure. I went back and forth with a sales rep for about a week before I made my purchase and I was always told to check out other places as far as deals and prices goes, and that they would beat anybody. They beat every place I went to and even offered to assemble my furniture for free. Very nice of them. I ran into this company here and thought Id give them a call to see how they work seeing since there no actual location, and it was a real investment for me. For anybody who reads into this, give them a call. You'll be glad you did. Grant Simmons
