I would like to compliment the level of expertise in which this company handled a problem for me and my business partner recently. It was a Saturday afternoon and our resident manager of our 18 unit apartment building in Oakland called to say that a water line had burst in the ceiling and flooded the basement apartment in 4 inches of water. There was a lot of damage to personal property but they were able to manage a disastrous situation into something more manageable in record time. They ascertained the source of the problem and fixed the problem. Thereafter the real work ensued. They had to pump out a huge volume of water and then dry out the unit. They were expeditious in their work and compassionate with respect to the resident's situation and loss. They worked will with the insurance claim adjuster and will be finishing up the rebuild this week. I highly recommended to them I am very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for disaster remediation. Thanks to Rhino Cleaning and Restoration.
It was ok. The man who came to do it was nice enough. They do nickel and dime you however, what you think was one window can end up being charged as 4 - it depends on how many winow panes there are, regardless of size. For example ( http://dailyhomerenotips.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/window-without-interior-solar-blind-in-sun.jpg ) would be considered 2 windows, ( http://www.trompe-l-oeil-art.com/images/backyard-window.jpg) would be considered 3 windows, and ( http://aboutclerawindows.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/8966plastic_window.jpg) would be considered 5 windows even they may be smaller than the size of one large 'window' elsewhere in you house. It didnt really make sense but I just wanted to make sure noone else got caught off gaurd. Also all he really does is climb on a ladder and wipe it with a towel and a window/glass wiper (the things they have at gas stations so you can clean your windshield).
Employess of your company IE 1st shift are not happy. I am letting you know now, before it gets to the labor board, for discrimnation . seniority is being thrown out the window. Also supervisors hugging and kissing employees. senior emploees are being told they have to move to another shift, with lower pay, while other employee with less seniority are being told they can remain on there shift, If you do not speak spanish you receive no information. IRS managers and employees are also seeing this. The office In Kansas Cirty Has been Conteacted about this with no feedback to employees. The supervisors are Beanda And Anna. Yes I work on this shift , and it is not jhard to figure out who I am. There will probily be a lot of problems for me for reporting this but something has to be done, before it gets more out of hand THANK YOU BILLY G. YOUNG JR.
