have been a customer with Sprint for years but have been looking around for another carrier since Sprint refused to grandfather my 5G hotspot in order to keep it unlimited. On April 25, 2014, I went to this location with an attitude. When I arrived, I noticed Verizon was nearby where I was planning to go if I did not get satisfaction at Sprint. To my surprise, I received the best customer service ever from Lead Ruston Scott. Sprint needs to employ more experienced salespersons like Ruston Scott. With his expertise, I was able to upgrade to a new phone, losing my 5GB hotspot, however Ruston was able to get me a free hotspot device which will give me the option to make my monthly bill lower. Sorry Verizon but Ruston saved me a walk to your store, a couple of doors down

My whole family has had their tvs repaired with this company for years and have never had a complaint. We have recomended them with friends and neighbors and so far all I can say is that they are the best. They are fair and very reasonable with their prices they charge. One time my father had a problem with his tv,Mr Martinez came out and repair it at no cost due to it was my fahters only tv and I had been his client for many years. I dont think anyone else would have done this for us. I highly recomend his services.
I called and talked with Manny, I have an HTC EVO phone and the battery sucks, but Manny told me about an extended battery for my phone. He was very helpful and actually took the time to answer all my questions. I was impressed with him because this was the 4th store I had either called or actually went to about my phone and at all other stores I got the run around. I will be going there today to buy the extended battery for my phone. Thanks a bunch Manny!!!
