I had my refrigerator freezer fixed on Saturday, July 2. Originally the visit was scheduled for Thursday but because of over scheduling, it was changed to Saturday. the young man came in and went right to work, took the bad part out and said that he had this part in his truck. He went to the truck and then came back in and put the new pat in. This took less than 15 minutes...or rather he was gone in 15 minutes and my refrigerator freezer was on the road back to getting cold again. I believe that his name was Ray Cervantes and if I ever need repairs on my Kenmore appliances, I hope that he will be the one to come out.
After enduring ridiculously-bad customer service from three other appliance repair companies, dragged out over 3 1/2 months, for a Frigidaire warranty repair, we were finally assigned to All Appliance. What a relief! They were very professional. In many ways, just perfectly professional. Prompt. Courteous. Clean. Quick. Good communication. I will never, ever buy a Frigidaire product again, but I will happily hire All Appliance to fix any appliance that breaks.
The lawn mower repairman did an excellent job servicing my tractor lawn mower. The reason I did not give a 5 star is because of scheduling. I was told he would be here sometime between 8 and 5. After staying home all day, he showed up at 5:30. I know this was not his fault. I believe Sears needs to do a much better job of scheduling.
