What a great local business!



In a day-and-age when customer service is extinct, Cool Trains is a rare breed.



Without going into too much detail, I had a mechanical issue with a Lionel train set I purchased from them two years ago. Lionel only offers a one-year warranty. Despite this, the guys at Cool Trains made it right and got my train up-and-running just in time for Christmas!



We are lucky to have such an honest, local business like Cool Trains...
