My salesman, Jake Wade, was nice enough, but started 'negotiations' at $2200 above the price advertised online. Once I pointed this out, he quickly backtracked when there was 'no way' he could go down on price before. I secured my own financing for the vehicle, and requested that they not run any inquiries on my credit report. The next day, I woke up with 9 new inquiries on my report from various auto finance companies, and they have done NOTHING to help remove/reverse these unauthorized credit inquiries. I also traded in my previous Honda, and two weeks later the credit union (also in Utah) hasn't received a payoff check despite me hearing 'the check was mailed four days ago' multiple times. However, they were very quick to cash the check I gave them for the new car. While signing the final paperwork, I overheard two salepeople talking about a customer that just left. They called him a "f**king idiot" for not knowing the exact mileage on his tradein. The Acura is nice, but I've never had a worse buying experience. I'll definitely go elsewhere when I'm in the market for a new car.
I went into Dave Strong and they were very nice. They let me look around the lot for a couple of minute before they greeted me. I like that because I hate when a salesman comes and greet me right when I get out of the car. When they did come out to talk to me. I talk to Eric and he new everything about VW's and It was nice to deal with someone profesional. I found the car I wanted and ask for a price and it only took 5 minutes to get a price and a payment. I told him I wanted to think about it and of course he try to get me to buy today but once I told him I wanted to think about it, the second time he back off. The next day I purchase my new Jeta. I love it and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The best thing I like about the place is that they are easy going they don't ask for a lot of personal info from me until I agreed on a price.
We bought a new dodge journey that had a little over 40,000 miles on it, two weeks after we bought it started to overheat. We took it to the dodge dealership and it wasn't covered under the factory warranty. My husband spoke with Mike(our salesman) and he worked with us and got the far fixed for free! Even though we didn't have a warranty they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Mike was excellent and I would suggest this dealership to anyone! Derrick in the service department in Sandy was excellent as well and kept in touch with all day about the progress of our vehicle. I couldn't say enough about NAP and am going to recommend them to all my friends and family!
We went to the West Valley car dealership thinking about trading in our Chrylser 300 and not knowing what car we wanted to buy. Jake and Sergio G were very knowledgable about all of the cars we wanted to test drive. We ended up buying our second Chrysler 300 and couldn't be happier about our choice. The experience we had purchasing this car was by far the best experience we have had. We have bought many cars at Ken Garff and other dealers but Sergio G and Jake were outstanding. We will keep coming back to Ken Garff for our cars because of the excellent customer service we received. Justin also went out of his way making the car buying experience easy.
I recently bought a car at Mike Hale Acura and took it in to their service department for pulsating brakes. Andy (the service manager) went above and beyond to ensure outstanding service and care. Andy had the capacity to understand my frustration and provide quick solutions all with a friendly/warm demeanor. He even took the time to personally show me cool tips and tricks inside the vehicle. When asked for a shuttle ride, he provided a nice loaner vehicle for the night. In short, even after a somewhat disappointing experience with the sales dept, Mike Hale Acura's service team (specifically Andy) redeemed Mike Hale's reputation in my book!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Wade Auto Group. Everyone at the location is honest, straight forward, helpful, and easy to talk with. We had talked with other groups and did not feel comfortable with them like we did at Wade Auto Group. They answered all our questions, they offered extra options and did not pressure us to purchase anything. Thier product and experience did all the work. We walked away with what we wanted at a price that is fair and competitive. I would recommend Wade Auto Group to anyone who is looking to buy a quality used car or truck! Thank you guys! Frankie and his Staff at the Broadway are attentive to detail. I bought my salvaged title 2012 Kia Soul that Frankie bought at an insurance auction, fixed the car up to better than new and sold it for a Very reasonable price. I was buying a car not a title. Since I was paying cash for my car I got a better deal than the local Dealer's could give me. My husband and I have already decided that our next car will be from Frankie because he does good work. We have owned our car now for over a month and we have not had one single problem. And we got a warranty on the car too!
Out of all the dealerships I went to they definitely were the best. It took some time to get the deal done but I'm glad they were able to get it done. They did a great job staying at the monthly payments I wanted. I did ask to go down in price on the value and they wouldn't budge...I wasn't too happy with that. They were semi-organized with everything. Overall I was satisfied. If I had excellent credit I would have gone somewhere else though because I do feel I overpaid for my car. I did like that they weren't pushy and let me go at my pace.
Wade Auto Group was awesome to work with! They made my car purchase seamless and I recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. I told Austin (my salesman) the car I wanted and he went out of his way to get the car from another dealership even though they didn't have it on their lot. Awesome customer service! I have purchased twice from Cottonwood Motors and will always buy from these guys when I am in the market. I have worked with Rob Rideout in both instances and I can recommend him with confidence as I know him to be a highly ethical, good person. One thing I really like is that in both cases I told him the car I was looking for and through their strong network of relationships they were able to track down the exact car quickly.
