If you like living in a dictatorship then welcome to the Waterbury. The community itself is an amazing piece of landscape. The politics are worse than Washington D.C.\r \r Poorly funded reserve accounts resulted in a flurry of who-done-it and who didn't do it's. After years of quarreling and thousands in assessments the community might be financially stable once more. \r \r Renters and non-resident homeowners don't stand a chance as provisions to limit their input into the community are stiffled by the relentless rules and regulations and provisions to keep non-resident homeowners from serving on the management committee.\r \r Be sure to keep your car parked where it belongs, clean up any oil droppings, clean up after your pet, don't let your friends park overnight, don't feed the ducks, keep your windows shut in the winter and don't question the management and you'll love living here. \r \r PS: Don't forget your pool key, to sign in and stay with your guests or the pool police will be sure to get you!
