        Very Helpful

        They helped us get out of a bad situation with another company and really listened to our needs. Our rep, Jeff, really knew what he was talking about. Xerox is a much better brand than what we had, an old sharp that broke down all the time. We plan to continue our relationship with the document group as long as they continue to give us good service at a fair price. The color quality is also so much better than our old machine.
