can be better

I used to like shopping in this Sport Authority store. However, 2 months ago I bought a bike from them with 2 year service. the seat came off after 1 week of riding it so I went to their bike shop to fix it. The only bike mechanic they have was extremely rude to me suggesting that it was my fault that the seat had come off. somehow he agreed to fix it, and I got it back the next day. less then in 2 weeks the seat post broke and I had to take it back to the shop. this time the guy told me I broke it on purpose and that the manager will have to clear it! After 15min of waiting the manager showed up and told the mechanic to replace the seat and the post. But I already feel unwelcome in this store even with fully paid 2 year service. It's a good place to shop for some sport goods, but I wound not recommend any one to buy any bicycles from them! If something happens, you will rack your nerve trying to have them fix your bike even with protection plan!
