Love it here ! They have a price match guarantee which is soo great.

I have been going here for nearly a year because they had much better customer service than Salt Lake Vapors on the kiddie corner. I bought a juice which he failed to specify would not smoke or work very well in my expensive vapor system. Alkaline he said was great flavor and organic. I didn't have time to look for something cheaper than an $11!! Dollar bottle in the flavor I needed. I had to be at work shortly. I tried this juice and out tastes like a blueberry plastic air freshener for a car. I figured they would take car of me since I had never asked for a return before and I was in there all of the time. He just tried to tell me how good it was and how natural it was. DOES IT MATTER? I.DID. NOT. LIKE. IT! So in the end this manager lost several hundreds of dollars to one $10 refund for a very loyal and regular customer who had never asked before.

These guys are absolutely horrible. I bought a piece that didn't fit with my other stuff, so I brought it back in to at least exchange it for a different one. I was not, I repeat, WAS NOT asking for a refund.



The owner just said "sorry, all sales are final". So they are willing to lose a lifetime customer who lives across the street for $8...great business model. I hope these guys fail
