My friend was staying there and I went to see them but forgot my computer. I had an exam in the morning so when I realized I went back but they were fast asleep.. I tried to ask the man at the front desk for a key and he asked for my id. Scanned it. Then pretended to call the cops and said I could talk to them or leave. Stay away if you need a cheap place motel 6 is a better bet

Upon opening the door I was in shock with how rancid the room was. The floor had not been vacuumed and the room had a pungent oder to it. For some reason I decided to stay. When I checked out I was not given my deposit because I was 4 minutes late. When I asked, SIMPLY ASKED, for it back I was threatened to have the police called. While I was waiting for family to come pick me up the owners ( a crazy Asian couple ) were yelling at me to wait on the sidewalk. When my brother arrived they began yelling at him to get off the property and called in his license plate to the police. I was in shock. We had no altercations other then, "why can't I have my deposit back?" So it was a real surprise that this couple over reacted in such a way. Another guest I spoke to said that the owners called the police because a gentleman had company over. Without causing any issues they called the police on him as well. These people clearly do not know how to run a business. Horrible customer service and I won't be surprised if the building gets condemned for how out of shape it is. Save yourself from the freak show and stay at a super 8 motel in west valley. Worst experience of my life!!
