Amazing staff, they know everything and are willing to help you with any project. Their pricing is really reasonable too.

I bought a hard to find tub spout here. Turns out it was a terrible plastic part that they recommended to my wife. She bought it for $55 and it broke as soon as I installed it.

Because they're not open on weekends/holidays, I had to wait until I had a day off work in order to return it.

When I tried to return it, though it clearly had his store's inventory number on it, the unbelievably rude man behind the counter barked that he needed a receipt "for the federal guys" (probably getting an IRS audit ... I'm not surprised).

I said I didn't have a receipt because my wife bought it like a month ago, and he ordered me to "Look at the sign!" Then followed that up with an announced (like he was preaching to the whole store), "You should've kept the receipt!"

When I protested, he just folded his arms, glared at me, and said "Can't do it".

As I was leaving, I told him that I would write a bad review of this business and he yelled after me, "What the hell do I care?! Go ahead!"

So, as promised, here is an accurate review of my experience.
