They make you believe they are good people... they are just sweet talkers. I took my car in and assumed they fixed the problem. I took my car for a second opinion and found out they did not fix the problem. So I took it back and they didnt have my (what I would call) work order. I believe the took my cash and gets rid of the work order! Shady Liars!!!! Good reviews must be good friends and family!!! Not a good reliable company!!!! Hard lesson learned.

Be very careful about this place! I took my car in after it blew a head gasket. We talked about options of switching out engine or going with the repair. I decided to go with repair. When I got the quote back it should have put up red flags when the tech said all the things that needed to be done. The engine stuff was fine or so I at least thought. What was strange is he brought up brakes. I put my own ceramic brakes on just 6 months before and they worked fine. Anyway, in the span of TWO months I was without a car. I had my car one day after a month after they said it was ready. It idoled like crap when I got it back, not sure how they found that acceptable. Also, my AC was toast after it worked great too. So i took it back and another month went by before I got it back. Before I took it in everything worked fine minus the white smoke. My engine now leaks oil and antifreeze. They will not return calls and give me a straight answer. The worst part is I was refereed by a relative who also will not be going back. Bad bad situation. If I knew what I was doing I would have called a lawyer.

I would be careful when considering Lynn's Auto Service. My experience has been noting smooth. I wanted to use a local business in support of my community. I didn't know I was going to be lied to and given conflicting stories from the employees there.
