Success! Thanks for posting your review of Long Life Vegi House. You’ve done the world some good today.

Love long life!

I am absolutely in love with Long Life Veggie House. For awhile, my co-workers and I would get it every week for lunch (take-out offered). Le Ren (probably misspelled) is usually the waitress, and I think the owner and she is incredibly welcoming and quick! \r \r The outer appearance is deceiving as it is a bit run down, but it's an amazing place to eat. Sometimes you get the place to yourself and that can be nice ... view more

Even for non-vegetarians like me....

I thought I didn't like eggplant - until I tried the eggplant done at Long Life Vegi House. Now I love it - but only done their way! The pot stickers and hot and sour soup are favorites of mine. Then anything with the hot pepper next to it on the menu.

Few Key things to try

I got showed this restaurant several years ago and love it but you have to know what to order. The green bean ball soup and potstickers are must haves for first timers. They have a super cheap and great lunch special. My family hates some of the fake meats they have so you just have to try things. My favs are sweet and sour chicken/pork (same dish), spicy green beans, chicken and broccoli, potstickers, hot and sou... view more

I can see how this would be a bit of a abnormality to most diners, but this is a darn fine place. Now if your use to all your food being one strong homogenized flavor you probably wont go for this place. The more sensitive consumer will find the dishes complex and unique. The soy they use for chicken is at first a bit off putting. It tastes all right, and I really like the fact that you have to ask for white rice all... view more

unique and delicious

i love asain food and this place is amazing. when the asparagus is in season try it with beef or chicken. or if its not try the green beans. i have liked everything on the menu. if you like spicey food just ask them and it adds wonders to the dish. atmosphere is decent, not very romantic. but the wonderful service and food is enough to get me to go there whenever im in the area.

Yummy vegetarian/vegan food

This is my favorite restaurant in the valley. I enjoy everything from the Lemon ""Chicken"" to the ""Beef"" Chow Mein. The staff is friendly and bring authenticity to their restaurant. I'm vegetarian and my family is not, but this is a place we all love.

My favorite restaurant on Earth

The first time I went to this restaurant was when I was a new vegetarian. I was also ""freaked out"" by how much the vegetarian chicken tasted like chicken. I have a standing date with this restaurant. Vegetarian chicken with broccoli gets my vote. The people are great as well, they alway remember what I like and I can't say enough!

Trying but not happening

This place is poor. They seem to be trying but the flavors are all wrong and everything is just strange. They seem to be really trying and I know they've been around awhile. I went there years ago and felt the same thing. It just isn't any good.

Good vegetarian food. The ""chicken"" freaked me out the first time I tried it....cuz, suprisingly enough, it tasted like chicken. The Kung Poa is great....the Lemon chicken and don't miss the Green Beans. Yummy. Did someone say lunch? This is the only vegetarian joint that I visit on a regular basis. At one point, I think I was eating there 3 times a week.

Quiet Dining, Great Food

Splendid variety of vegetarian dishes. Wong Tong Soup is delicious and the tofu plates are extraordinary!
