Habits closed its doors permanently
Tonight. Even though it says open on the web.
The staff was extremely rude so i guess I can see why they closed.
Will miss dancing though

Thursday Night Karaoke Is A Blast. I don't know about the weekend dance nights but karaoke on Thursday nights is awesome. The sound is by far the best I have heard ANYWHERE!!! Yes even better than allure though theirs is good too. On top of that DJ Wes is probably the best karaoke host I have seen. I always go with a group of friends and we always walk away smiling. Oh, and $4 long islands and $2 buds is cheap as hell!!! I would easily recommend this place to everyone I meet!

The one star is for the music it was actually good. But cover charge and drinks were seriously overpriced. The lady who seated us was the most in professional person I had ever met! fiancé and I went and my friend was also her

having a birthday party, since she had other family coming we sat on a table by her. The lady with the dark curly hair and glasses told us we had to move since we were part if there party. I specifically told her we were not part of the party just friends and she rudely told us we had to move our she would kick us out. Me and my fiancé got up for 5 seconds to tell my friend and then turned around and she had seated another couple there. I couldn't believe it! Next the waitress at my friends table started complaining to her about buying her drinks at the bar, I had bought her one for her birthday before we were even at the table, I also did it one more time that night and she told my friend that she is going to stop severing her table because we have now lost her money and she is struggling with money. Hello most of us are but don't tell you're customers and be rude. I will never go back to that place and will tell everyone I know never to do as well.. It may not affect them because the way there dance floor is packed that you can't even move there not struggling, but if one less person has to go through what I had gone through I'm glad.

how old do u have to be to get into habits???

I was looking for a map to give to my girlfriend so she could find Habits and I found this site. Then I noticed people had left their comments. I agree with a few of them. I agree with what some people have said about how nice the club is. I mean its beautiful inside. I love the music they play. I love all the videos. I love that they play very little hip hop. I will agree it gets a little crowded but its to be expected. I love when they blast the dancefloor with fog when its hot. That really cools off the floor fast. Habits is the funnest club I've ever been to.

I have gone to just about every club in Salt Lake. Many of the clubs get busy but for me its totally the wrong club for me, the men, the women, the music and the atmosphere. As a woman who likes to go have fun with my friends and not have to worry about being attacked by slime balls, Habits has some of the most beautiful people. At other clubs I hate the way guys try to hit on you. They never take no for an answer. They're obnoxious and think they're the best thing that will ever come your way. At other clubs I especially hate how when I'm dancing with my girlfriends and having a great time, some guy will try to make his move by oiling his way over and start humping my leg. I guess he thinks if I don't stop him then he is in. That's another thing I love about Habits. I can dance with my friends and the dancefloor is mostly women. I never have to worry about that.

I saw someone wrote about the drink prices. Personally I wouldn't want a guy to buy me drinks with change out of his change dish. When I'm not getting my drinks bought for me I've noticed the drink prices are right in line...actually they're cheaper than some places. Those people complaining about drink prices obviously have never been to Vegas. A bottle of water there is like $9.

Something I know about some clubs...no names....Hotel.....Allure. When you order a better quality alcohol, the waitress or bartender gives you the cheap stuff and pockets the difference. I know at Habits you are getting the alcohol you order. I've seen them open a brand new bottle and pour my drink. Waitresses and Bartenders I know have told me for a fact that they pour cheap alcohol into premium bottles. Its part of their duties.

Someone was complaining about not getting served quick enough. That's to be expected when it gets as busy as it does. I love the servers. They have a couple of the hottest Bartenders. They always remember my drink.

I see people complaining about dress code. If a guy is mad about having to put on nice clothes I would rather not have him there. I myself, love to get dressed up. The sexier the better. Other clubs you don't fit in or the opposite you become a target for the undesirables.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! BEST CLUB IN SALT LAKE CITY!! BEST PLACE TO DANCE! IT GETS SO BUSY THOUGH... that may be the only downside... however, they have the coolest new system for cooling you down on the dance floor... besides, who doesn't like a good sweat when you're out having a few cocktails and dancing? I know I do... keeps you fit and sexy!! :) I love the staff that works there... they take the time to know you and what you drink! They are actually one of the rare clubs left in the state of Utah that actually have Cocktail Servers that still wait on tables! I have been to so many clubs and bars that I never get a drink from any server! I have NEVER been over charged at Habits. They also do not charge a cover charge before 8 PM so if you really have an issue paying $7 to get into the nicest club in Salt Lake City then go in before 8 PM. They also do not charge a cover all week long. I have never attended Habits when there has been an undesirable crowd. I feel like I am in a club that is suitable for Park City, Vegas or any other uptown place. We are very lucky to have a club in Salt Lake City like Habits. They never have fights, underage kids, or rude customers. You always meet great, classy and sophisticated people when you go there. Not to mention it's my favorite place to dance... survey 100 women and I guarantee at least 75 of them agree. It's one of the rare clubs you can go to and not get groped or feel unsafe or annoyed being a woman! It's actually a place you can have fun, hook up if that's what you're into and enjoy your weekend "club fix"!

I've been to allot of Night Club in the Metro SLC area. This is by far the best Night Club I've ever been to. First of all, "The Food". The beautiful people, especially the women's. The D.J. playing the latest tunes and back in the day sound's. The bartenders and servers they remember your name. Of course, this is a non smoking club. Dress to impress!
