Fairstone at Riverview Apartments

DO NOT MOVE IN BED BUG INFESTED 10/21/2014

I wish I would have read these reviews before moving in. I have been here a few weeks, and the upstairs neighbors blast music and stomp around all hours of the night and management won't deal with the problem. They refuse to come fix any issues with the apartment. I also recently found a bed bug last night, but I can't report it to management because they will charge me for the whole complex to be de-bugged as per the B.S. lease I signed saying that I won't bring bed bugs and if I do I have to pay for all clean up. I know for SURE that I didn't have bed bugs before now and now, since moving to these ---- apartments I will have them in all my stuff.



I also should mention all the appliances are out of date, the dishwasher isn't bolted to the counter so it falls forward when ever open, the fridge freezes things that it shouldn't, the stove burners don't work and the electrical sockets go out all the time. They also don't keep the stairways in the building clean, they have vomit on the stairwell by my apartment that has been there since before I moved in, which I should have taken as a warning.



They over charge and don't care if their tenants are eaten alive by bed bugs. Because who is going to report it if they have to pay for the entire unit to be treated!? By the time they realize it's a problem they won't be able to afford the treatment for every unit. Too bad their policy is the way it is.
