Equity Builders

It has been six months and I have 3 plywood walls and a roof. No siding. No working electrical. No door. The doorway that is there is 6'9", not the standard 7'. I don't have the concrete landing outside of the door that I was supposed to have. When I email him he rarely gets back to me. When he does, he does not answer all my questions. At first it was the permits. Forever waiting on the permits. I gave the deposit April 9th. It took 3 months just to get the permits. He finally emailed me July 13th that we have the permit. It is now the end of September and this is where I'm at. It was Spring when I put my deposit down and I am now HOPING I have a garage for Winter.
