Love Dogs R Us. We send our dog Thor there 4 to 5 times a week. Thor is a bit of a special needs dog, as he has seizures. The crew at Dogs R Us pay special attention to him on the days when he is extra unsteady, and that we appreciate. And Thor loves it, as he practically drags us from the car into the building every morning. All in all, glad we found this gem of a daycare facility in Salt Lake. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to board their dog.
I recently started taking my rescue dog, Olie, to Dogs R Us. He was spending a lot of time home alone, and started having separation anxiety. Dogs R Us has been a lifesaver! Olie loves to go and play with other dogs all day. He is excited when we pull into the parking lot, and he is exhausted when I pick him up after work. The staff is friendly, and it is clear that they all love dogs. I highly recommend Dogs R Us for daycare.
We've been taking our dog Andy to Dogs R Us since 2008, starting when he was a puppy. He loves everyone there and looks forward every day to going to play with his friends. We also love that we can get him groomed there as well. We would be lost without Dogs R Us!
Super friendly staff, and more importantly, my dog loves going here. I drop him off hyper and excited, and by the time I pick him up, he is tired from all of the playing and interacting with other dogs and subsequently very cuddly. It looks like he found some real friends with the other dogs there and gets a ton of exercise, as well as socialization. Which is really important to me, because at home he is mainly alone. Finally they are very flexible with my work / travel schedule, which is truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend to any dog owner.
My dog Captain loves going to Dogs R Us so much that he wants to go daily and when we take him he can barely contain himself in the car ride there. The staff is awesome and do a great job with him because at times he can be handful. The grooming service is great too because he can get his nails done or get a bath and then it is back to playing. The best part of all is when we bring him home and he is so exhausted that he can barely stay awake that night.
My dog and I love Dogs R Us! The staff is great, and take great care of my dog.
I have been bringing my dog to Dog’s R Us for daycare and boarding since 2010. My dog, Miles, always loves going to play – he is happy to get there and happy when we pick him up. I also like that I can have his nails clipped or a full grooming while he is there. I appreciate that Miles loves the staff at Dogs R Us and it is obvious that they love him in return. I would recommend Dogs R Us to anyone looking for a good doggie daycare.

We have been taking Andy, our German Shepherd, to Dogs R Us since he was about 10 weeks old (he will be 4 in May). The place is fantastic! The owner, Jeff, and all of the employees have been absolutely wonderful to Andy and to us. We have no complaints, and feel so much better knowing Andy is safe and well cared for while we're at work. He gets to play with his buddies all day and comes home each night tired but happy. Dogs R Us is an extremely important part of our lives and that of our dog -- thank you!!!

I have been taking Justice to Dogs R Us for several years and have used all aspects of their business - Boarding, Grooming and Day Care. I chose DRUs because of the initial interview process and the detail that went into making sure my dog would socially gel with the other dogs... Because I work, it made sense to do Day Care in a convenient location so he wouldn't have to be ignored for the day. I was also happy to find quality brands of Dog food so it is one stop and home... Thanks!!!!!!!

Some of the people they have working there arent qualified to watch a goldfish, let alone your beloved dog.\r The owner will lie when the truth would do. They dont care about your pet at all. If you havent had a bad experience, it's only a matter of time. Our dog could have died from their incompetence. \r We recently boarded our dog at Dogs r Us for one night and after I brought him home he started throwing up almost immediately. The person that was there when I picked the dog up said he “just fed him” but, they didn’t have any of our food left. The vomit was undigested and clearly not our food. Our Vet said this caused Pancreatitis, a common trigger is sudden change in diet. The dog had to be put in the vet hospital. The cost was $450. The owner said our vet doesnt know what he is talking about. I called many times and left messages to try and resolve this in some way. I hoped he would take at least some responsibility. He had previously told my wife that some food might have been left out, and then he said there was some kind of dog flu that was going around. He didnt even offer to waive the cost of the night that this happened. He changed his story more than once. Finally after repeated attempts and many messages left on his phone, the owner Jeff Peay called me back. He became very belligerent and rude and denied that his employee had given our dog the wrong food. He said that we signed away our rights when we signed some papers yrs before. He would'nt take any responsibility at all for causing this. He knows they made a mistake, but has lied repeatedly to get out of paying any of this vet bill. It is obvious that they were, no matter how well intentioned, NEGLIGENT.

My dogs & I both LOVE this place. They always come home super tired after a long day of partying at Dogs R Us,and a tired dog is a good dog! Their manners have also improved greatly when they play with other dogs outside of Dogs R Us! yay!\r \r Also, Dogs R Us has a seperate outside potty area out the back door where the dogs can take care of their business.I have taken my dogs to other daycares that do not have seperate potty & play areas. Ewww! They are always so smelly when he left those other places. Dogs R Us is clean, well organized & Jeff the owner is awesome!\r \r Thumbs up DOGS R US! \r \r

Thanks to Dogs R Us my family is complete! I have wanted a pug for many years, but I refuse to buy an animal from a breeder. When I told the owner Jeff Peay how badly I wanted a pug, he put me in touch with the pug rescue. I found a brother and sister! I fell in love with them instantly. They had been at the rescue for a few months and had become attached. The first few days were difficult for them and they wouldn't eat. I called Jeff and he had me bring them in. He taught me a way to get them to eat. It worked!\r \r When I have been at Dogs R Us the entire staff is friendly, especially to my kids! They really love dogs and go out of their way to make the dogs and their humans safe, healthy and happy!

Just picked my dog up after a three day stay, wow! One cut on his face and another on his leg- no calls to let me know about this. He has to be 5lbs lighter too. After questioning what happened to his face and leg- I was told that I had no proof that the injuries happened there and weight loss is normal.I was told "" If you don't like it, have your neighbor watch your dog"" Is that really the way to treat a customer?? Poor service, poor treatment of animals.

I go to Dogs R Us almost every day & it's a great place! Always clean & it's obvious that the owner & employees love dogs & take really good care of them. I have never seen them unsupervised or fighting in fact they are screened for that before being allowed to stay.
