          hi my name is Katherine Davis from Salt Lake City Utah. I am a loyal customer from time to time I go in and buy my jewelry, electronics ,knick knacks. just last week I was at one of your pawn shops in West Valley Utah, and you have an employee by the name of miss Spencer , a miss Lynzee Spencer the customer service was very rude, very unprofessional, I honestly feeling a little discouraged and I would never go back to cash American pawn shop again. never 30 years of life have I ever felt disrespected or uncomfortable
