We love (and always have loved) Cafe Rio. The pork is out of this world--sweet and perfect every time.
The tortillas are so wonderful! Great in the pork salad or even as a side with the chicken soup.
Great service and people at this location. They are always so patient with my kids as we spill something every single time.
Outside seating is nice if it is not rush hour.
They have Diet Coke AND pebble ice. It's like heaven.
My only compliant is that the lids for the drinks are in a weird place so it is hard to get the lids on if we are filling up multiple drinks at the same time. There isn't even a place to really set your drinks down. It's just a bad set-up.
*A word to the wise: If you are doing a take-out order, make sure you double check and make sure you have your salad dressing before you leave. We have gotten home and been totally bummed out when it wasn't in the bag. -

I like the food-when I actually get what I ordered. My work is just up the street and a number of us are fans of the food. For a while, we were ordering 2-4 times a week with one of us going and picking up the food. EVERY single time, things were screwed up. Dressings were left out, requests (including ones we paid for) like extra cheese or no cilantro were ignored. Random things were left off (sauces, sour cream.) Entire entrees were left out. For about six months I just gave up and did not eat there. Last week I caved, decided to try them again. The web order (despite an email showing everything was good) screwed up the whole order (I'm still waiting on my credit card refund to finish processing.) At the store the cashier was rude (as usual with the screwed up orders we've had) helping people around me instead of just getting me the right order. And when I got back to the office with lunch, we had missing dressings, missing items and a screwed up salad. Today we were picking up our make goods and a few other items and they screwed it up again- we are missing a queso and chips, a dessert and a dressing. It was not a large order. I don't know if the other locations are as bad, but if you eat at this one, eat in. Don't order on the phone or web. We have had events at work catered, and they even screw up large corporate catering. No one is safe from their screw ups.

I order from this location a couple of times a month for my employees. The last 4 or 5 times they can't seem to get anything right. I order online so that the names of my employees can be put on their specific order. This time I picked up the order and the names weren't on the order so we have to pick through the dish to see if it has black or pinto beans, beef or chicken. Why is it so hard to read the order and mark on the dish what it is. My suggestion is if you are ordering more than ONE meal go to another Cafe Rio that has employees that can read.
