Had looked around for other places but this seemed to be the best choice, wanted to know if my twin and I were identical so I ordered a kit through their website and got the package in 2 days sent it back and even though they said it takes 7-10 days my results were done before the end of the week. Their customer service representative was very kind and helpful he even gave me the results over the phone (including a report sent by mail). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to know what kind of twins they are.

Ordered a test and received it very quickly in the mail, turn around time was even faster then what I had expected. I am very satisfied with my results and would recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

Samples were to take 7 business days for completion. Numerous delays occurred without any notification by the company. I have to call multiple times in order to check the status and each time I was given the run around with statements such as "the machine is currently being fixed" or "the samples aren't working". Now I am waiting for my refund, who knows how long that will take! Even though the company is "accredited", save your money and use someone else.
