I was in Utah for about 2 weeks and I saw The HUKA Bar add in there local newspaper and decided to go check it out and Im glad I did. this place was by far the best club I checked out while I was out there, & I wish they would open one of these up in my home state. they had valet and once I got inside it was awesome, the girls that work there have got to be the hottest collection of girls on the planet, and each of them were squizzed into black corsets. they had a SICK Reggae band that killed it, everyone was having a great time, I had a booth over by the band, where we tried some of there food that blew me away, pasta, sushi & more.......not what I was expecing from a bar menue. and then our HUKA Girl brought us a Strawberry/Grape flavor huka it was awesome. I plan on returning here everytime I visit Utah, and I will be pushing people back home to make one of these there. loved it.
The Braza Grill has a variety of Brazilian food items that can be ordered individually or as part of the all-you-can-eat smorgasbord. They have a plentiful salad bar with greens, vegetables, fruits, pastas and salads. They have potatoes, rice and beans and other hot items to compliment the great variety of meats items that are delivered to your table by gracious servers. If you don't eat too much (which is easy to do with such great food), their various Brazilian deserts are wonderful as well. They have your regular soft drinks, but if you want to really experience the Brazilian faire, you must try the Guarana' soft drink or one of their lemonades. It is a great way to enjoy a change of pace. Enjoy!
The food was hearty, rich and rustic. I loved most of the appetizers we ordered, but the ricotta dumplings stole the show for me. I ordered the tri tip and thought the meat was prepared deliciously. While my steak was beautiful, it came with a salad on the same plate that I believe they drizzled olive oil on—too much olive oil. It was a good thing that our little table was on a slant so that the oil could pool to one side while I enjoyed the tri tip. I loved all the windows opening up and brightening up the space. I loved the quirky and simple decor.
