My experience with this jewelry store was excellent. Thomas McDonough (the owner) and his staff did an exceptional job of both catering to the customer and providing quality advice and service. Their products such as Rolex, Swiss Army, Waterford and other prestigious brands showed to me that they knew the quality of merchandise that customers are looking for in jewelry. My personal experience gave me comprehensive and efficient service from the manager who was really kind and friendly. She assisted me with looking into a Skagen watch as well as adjusting the band of my watch. Paul-Thomas Jewelers also gave me a personal feel as though I could easily start up a conversation with any of the employees of this small business. I would be willing to go here anytime for their great service and top-notch products.

I'm not sure why all the people below had such a bad experience. (2 of those are even the person by the way) My husband bought my engagement ring from here and worked with Zealand to MAKE a custom design. He had been sketching something out for months before going here for help. My husband says that they took his sketch and explained different components they can use to make the ring a reality. They even advised him of better settings for someone who may not be so delicate with their ring. (Just like me) I wear my rings while doing almost anything. (unless it involves paint) I've never lost a stone and the ring is absolutely breath taking. Now my brother is about to get engaged and I won't let him go anywhere else!
We had a really fun time here. I inherited a few good-sized diamonds and was procrastinating having them set. My wife's birthday was coming and a friend recommended Williams. I had some ideas and Mike and Miguel helped us flesh them out. Miguel actually carved the rings out of wax to make a model, so that we could see our own ideas in 3D. It's kinda neat, actually. Mike kept us apprised of status throughout the process, which was only about 10 days. Faster than we thought. Anyway, the pieces turned out wonderful and my wife is super happy. Really glad I listened to my friend's recommendation.
