We love their crab cobb salad and the fresh bread. I am always impressed with the quality of their food and the service. It's kind of hard when you have to wait for the table due to their waiting list. It's all worth it. Their fish market is great. you can buy fresh fish at any time and make it yourself. I have purchased Ahi tuna and other stuff and made sushi at home for parties. I was awesome. It's a great idea to save money and have sushi party at home. If you like wine. their wine list is extensive and wonderful.
This is a wonderful experience. Really greatest prices in the entire area and produce is THE FRESHEST. The non-organic is exceptionally fresh as well as the full selection. The weekly specials are always superior to local supermarkets. Their roasted chickens are fully cooked(no pink joints) and tender and juicy. Their meat selection is high quality and their seafood is quality at a great price. Lamb at the most reasonable price and available throughout the entire year not just Springtime.
it is so great to see a great service by ladies at the counter. however the butcher needs to work on his attitude. my mother, an elderly lady was there today and she was shocked by how rude the butcher was. she is small and the butcher made no effort to make sure she could reach what he was passing. he basically slapped the meat on the inner shelf so she couldn't reach and walked away when she was still not finished with her order. so insanely rude!!!
I love this particular Whole Foods Market....alittle smaller and feels homey and quaint...Wonderful variety... a very relaxing atmosphere....feels alittle old world....the aroma in the store is actually calming....and so fun to meet new people...Everyone strolling seems happy....not rushy and rattled....I believe the store actually brings a calm....Such helpful folks in the health&beauty...
If you know the value of some things, then you can find TERRIFIC worthwhile deals. Some things are priced the same as you would get at a "regular" grocery store, sometimes a little more but not by much. It goes back to knowing the value and quality of things you're buying. I love this place and could get lost in it all week. I have yet to venture the Industrial side of the lot.
For you, Heather S. You should do some research into what Wild Oats sells before you go complaining about prices. Read the ingredient list on your chips, cereal, yogurt, or ketchup that you buy at Wal-Mart for "cheap prices" and do some research on those ingredients! They are full of CRAP. Wild Oats sells quality! Look it up!!!
The cashiers and baggers were super nice. You know how they offer to walk you out, but you know they don't really want to because they have a million other things to do. Well, oftentimes, they insisted on walking me out because I had young children with me. Very kind. Would love cheaper produce prices.
The owner is very nice..I was disappointed with the quality of their produce. I also had a bad experience with one of his kitchen workers and their food prices in the restaurant are too high for that type of store. The store looks to run down and needs an upgrade .
I shop at this Albertson's and it has most things I need - clean and well stocked. But, try out the delivery! Nothing like ordering online and then sitting with your coffee rather than fighting the crowds and having your groceries delivered to your door.....
This place keeps my SO entertained for hours. You can sort through boxes and shelves full of odds and ends looking for hidden treasures and leave with a bag full of clutter for less than $1.00 - cheap entertainment and occassionally yields a useful item.
