Village Cleaners does a good job. They've always taken care of every problem. Over the years I've had one or two things happen like a lost shirt--usually happens because they give it to the wrong person who doesn't bring it back--but they have given me a reasonable credit for the lost item. However, I've never had a laundry that has lost a shirt agree to pay full price for one. Even on my custom shirts they only pay a portion since they consider it as used and depreciate the value. Before I went to Village, another major SLC cleaner lost a shirt or two multiple times, and I never got full value. It's frustrating but that's the business, so I'm not sure why Sonny thinks they would completely replace a shirt for him, when they none of the laundries I've ever been to will.
