First Bank Kansas

Horrible experience with this bank! We were part of the Bank of America buyout and it has been horrible from the beginning! Not only did they lie when they said we wouldn't even notice that we had been switched over but only bank here if you want to go back in time! Almost every bill on their bill pay is paid with a physical check through the mail so you better hope it doesn't get lost, oh and it doesn't come out like a regular check, no they take the money out of your account the minute you schedule a payment even if it is 3 months out! Oh and you know that vacation you have been saving for forget it! I tried to buy tickets with plenty of money to cover them in my account and my card was denied because they decided to block every airline company due to potential fraud! So you have to call them and leave a message because they wont answer the phone but they also won't call you back! So frustrated and we tried to be good sports. Oh yeah and customer service was extremely rude!
