We rented from premium pm for a year and a half never once being late for rent or being complained about before being notified that the owner was selling and we had 30 days to move. We moved in the alotted time, and they deducted $700 out of our deposit. $65 of it was for changing light bulbs that were outside and $180 for cleaning a stove!They charged us for routine maintenance like changing furnace filters which was not on the move out checklist of things we needed to do. The year we lived there, maintenance crews were great and we had no problems, moving out was a different story. I do not recommend this company.

Took a Landlord and Screening class from Dan Noble owner of Premium Property Management, it was fantastic! Good material discussed and great resources provided. I strongly recommend this class and Premium Property Management.
