I had to leave a comment after reading the only other comment on hear about putting a dog to sleep. I was very distraught large man when I brought my little dog in to be put to sleep. The first receptionist was great and lead me to the correct person. The man at that counter...more was cold at first until I explained that we tried everything we could to save her. He waived all fees and was sympathetic. Their are a lot of heartless people out there that don't know how to take care of an animal so I can see why some may be cold at first seeing another sick animal coming in. It has to be a hard job for them to keep up with a smile and to cheer someone else up. view less
