Pretty average chinese restaurant until you try their Lucky Fortune Special Chow Mein. I can't tell you about any of the other dishes because I can't get by having the special Chow Mein every time I go there. It is outstanding. Beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, baby corn, on and on all on a bed of pan fried noodles. It's a two meal deal for $5.95 (lunch) and always served nice and hot. It is one of the best deals around.
Lum Yuens always serves delicious Chinese food. It is one of the most popular places to eat in Salem. Prices are modest and service is good. The food is ALWAYS exceptional! If you have a group, you can call to make special arrangements for the banquet room. Tip: try the barbeque pork. Steven Robert Heine.
Food tastes OK. Way over priced, especially for just OK Chinese. I took my mom dad and myself and it was over 160.00 i only ate the appetizer. I had a water so did my mom and my dad got a soda, my dad and mom got actual dinner plates. I don't recommend if you want to spend less than $50.00 for one person.
