Napoli Pizza

Tonight we ordered a pizza with pepperoni. We got a plain cheese pizza. When we called to ask we were told that cheese is the one topping on a pizza and that pepperoni is an additional topping! Looking at the online menu it says start with sauce an mozzarella and then add additional toppings. So why the phony answer? Saying that cheese is an optional topping is retarded and insulting to us as customers. We have been loyal customers for as long as they have been in Salamanca.

To be treated like this is a good way to loose us as customers. You better believe we are not ordering from them again. The man who answered the phone did not even say Hello Napolis, He said hello, and he was not taking the order he was repeating it to someone else who was taking it down. If there is a mistake, own it, make it right and don't try to blame your customers. $30.00 is not small amount to pay for pizza and wings, and when customer service is lacking we will go else where, to a place that will respect us and our business.
