Considering doing business with this company?

Don't sign the contract without a specified delivery date.

It took 5+ months from the initial quote to the installation.

Over 4 months from date the contract was signed and deposit cleared my bank

Install was rescheduled twice.

No advance check by vendor for product size accuracy.

Installer found error on-site, just prior to install.

Be aware - permits are applied for by the company and in this case were issued the same day by the municipality of St. Petersburg, FL.

Beware of open ended delivery dates.

This company uses both a mfg. AND a middleman "assembler" in Orlando.

Ask if they use “jobber” crews.

This company offered NO voluntary customer service updates by phone or email until install rescheduling became an issue at the tail end of the process.

Put all company phone numbers in your phone; monitor calls.

These people should not be allowed to do business. They can't read a print, or provide adiquit service
