If you use this unclass lady, you are crazy. She does a really horrible job on your hair and she is nasty. I saw roaches everywhere and rat droppings. This place is getto and she is getto. My head is messed up. I asked for a refund and she refused. Now my hair is falling out. I have no idea where she got her training.

TO ANYONE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT WANTING A HAIR DO FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE THINK AGAIN. I RECENTLY GOT MY HAIR DONE BY THIS LADY AND WHEN I TELL YOU SHE MESSED MY HAIR UP SHE REALLY MESSED IT UP, I COULDN'T EVEN PUT MY HAIR IN A PONYTAIL BECAUSE MY PARTS WERE SO BIG. FOR 185 DOLLARS THIS SHOULD HAVE NOT OF HAPPENED. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SPOKE WITH HER ABOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM AND SHE DID NOTHING. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON, WHEN PAYING THAT KIND OF MONEY I'LL BE GOING TO THE AFRICANS TO GET MY HAIR DONE..SHE DID A HORRIBLE JOB ..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.. IF YOU DO GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ENTIRE HEAD BEFORE YOU LEAVE TRUST ME.

I went to other braiders and it's absolutely uncomfortable to sit there for hours upon hours and have absolutely no dialogue with one another, but with Clareese, you feel welcomed and you don't dread coming back. That's why I don't shop hop anymore. <Grin>
