Update during COVID-19: All Yoga Classes are currently being held VIRTUALLY via Zoom. Please sign up for classes at least 15 minutes in advance through our schedule on our website at https://www.navayogastudio.com/class-schedule-c1x7t. You will be sent a Zoom meeting link 15 minutes before class begins. You do not need a Zoom account to participate. Nava Yoga Studio is located in Isla Del Sol, near St. Pete Beach. We are beautiful, serene yoga studio, with large windows overlooking the water. We have over 40 classes a week and accommodate any level of practitioner from first time to students to seasoned yogis.
