Be very wary of this business. They are fine until you try to quit. I've tried to cancel my membership for over 6 months now, and they always claim they never recieve my cancellation letter. Funny how they recieve my last check, but not the cancellation letter (about the fifth I'd sent) that came with it. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and definitely not helpful at all. Countless phone calls, and a large number of letters, and months have passed by and no resolution. They are the worst organization I have ever dealt with. Be very careful in dealing with this company.

They are crooks. They say they have a "no contract" plan, it takes an act of Congress to cancel and three months payment - I"ve cancelled at the fitness center, at Corp. and now three months later they are still billing me...... Look out!

That's where the pull out the sleezball tricks! They say they will send you an email that you must reply to for the to cancel your membership. Well guess what.... They forget to send the email. Pathetic!
