        Stay away from the Budget blin...

        Stay away from the Budget blinds. The blind in the living room was defective and it didn't move. I called Karen and asked to fix it. They elaborated about their "free life time warranty" when they installed them in my condo . Karen said that they are booked for the next 3 weeks, and I needed to wait for about 3 weeks. She also said I have to pre-pay for a trip charge $30. She said she discounted the trip charge since we live in Harbourside next to their office. I paid a trip charge, but they never came to the right apartment. The driver confused the building and went to the wrong one. When I called Karen she yelled at me that I didn't call the gates and that is not their fault and she told me "you need to find another place" and hung up. I never had a chance to find out were her driver went when he came to our condo complex. I still haven't received my pre -paid trip fee. I would give 0 stars for this business, but they would not allow me to post it. Be aware: blinds are poor quality and the Budget Blinds will not honor their life time warranty.
