        i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because Extremely disappointed with this shop and believe they are incompetent and negligent. I noticed an oil leak from my car and took it in for a thorough exam and was very explicit stating that I wanted them to call me regarding the results before doing any work. Instead they changed the oil pan gasket for a charge of $360 ($80 above the going rate). When they called to tell me my vehicle was finished they assured me that everything went well and they didnt see any other problems so I paid for the work over the phone and picked it up after hours. The next day I noticed more drops of oil on my driveway in addition to signs of a leaking radiator. I brought my car back the next day and they put pressure on the radiator, which showed a fresh leaking radiator crack. With the car on the lift it was obvious that the leak was coming from the timing belt cover which indicates a potentially serious problem (main seal, timing belt issues, possi
