Sears Optical

I will never return to this Optical department ever again! I feel like my valuable time and hard earned money was stolen! I was the first appointment of the day (scheduled for 10:30am), but the sales clerk never showed up until 10:45am, so the doctor was not able to get me in until 10:45am. Then during the appointment, the doctor could not determine the correct visual prescription for one of my eyes. Even after I continuously said that I couldn’t see correctly, she was still unable to correctly determine the prescription. Then she said that I should just get new glasses and try them for a couple of weeks, and if I still couldn’t see then I should come back and she would refer me to someone else. I’m sorry but that does not make any sense to me. She is going to charge me for a visit that she was not able to perform correctly and wants me to spend even more money on a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. Then on top of that I would have to come in again to get referred to another doctor where I would have to spend more money again on another visit and even more money on, once again, new glasses. This is either a good scam or the doctor and sales clerk are both incompetent!
